In Your Stride is run by Caroline and Diane who are qualified Leaders in Running Fitness, each having over 25 years of running experience. Our mission is to share the enjoyment and benefits of running and walking with all.
Whether you're new to running or need to rebuild your confidence and stamina following an operation, childbirth or a change in routine, we'll help you to gradually build your confidence, fitness and (the secret to any sustained exercise programme) a regular dose of mood boosting endorphins.
Caroline and Diane are so supportive and encouraging. Exercise for me had always been a bit stop and start. But now that I've made really good friends in our running group and can feel my fitness levels improving I wouldn't miss our weekly runs.

Caroline, Running Leader
Caroline is a trained sports educator, she's worked with a huge variety of clients, from primary school children, to teengagers with special needs and adults of all ages and abilities. Her favourite run is a short loop around Wimbledon Common, particularly on a frosty winter morning before the rest of the world wakes up.
Diane, Running Leader
Diane has been running regularly for 25 years. Having spent her career in the NHS she is continuing to pursue her passion for offering support to others as a carer, alongside training fellow runners. Diane finds running the perfect way to shake off the stresses of the day. Life always seems so much better after a run!
