Our sessions are for everyone, whether you’ve never run before, haven’t run for a while or just want the company of running or walking as a group.
How much are your sessions?
Our sessions are £5 each but please get in touch if you’d like to know about our concessions.
Do I have to commit to more than one session?
No, just turn up on the day, this programme is all about running because you want to. And remember the first session is free.
What sort of clothes and shoes do I need?
All you need are sensible running shoes and comfortable clothes to exercise in. If you're concerned about the pair you own, we'll soon spot whether investing in new trainers would help and can suggest recommended suppliers.
Do you teach runners how to cool down and stretch?
A healthy warm up, cool down and stretch is always included in our walks and runs (along with the all-important post-run cup of tea!) We want to encourage people to enjoy running for life, and part of that means looking after our bodies and avoiding unnecessary strains and pains.
How big are your classes?
We can accommodate up to 12 runners at a time.
