In Your Stride sessions are based on well-established run and walk programmes for Zero to 5k and are suitable for all ages. All you need is a pair of trainers, comfortable clothing to jog in and lots of enthusiasm!
Morden Session, Tuesday, 10am
We meet outside the cafe at Ravensbury Park at 10am for our Tuesday sessions. Each session lasts one hour, after which there will be the opportunity to head to a local cafe for a well-earned cup of tea or coffee.
Cost: £5 per session; concessions are available - please ask for details.
